Coldplay is being interviewed by a Danish tv personality and he’s wondering what Chris Martin says in the song ‘Yellow’. The lyrics are:
Your skin, oh yeah, your skin and bones
Turn into something beautiful
Problem is, with Martin’s accent it’s very difficult to pick out the English lyrics. They hear:
Jeg sked, åh ja jeg sked en hjemløs mand
Translated, “I shat, oh yes, I shat a homeless man.” Turn into something beautiful, indeed. The song ‘Yellow’ in Denmark was not as well-received in Denmark as it was elsewhere.
